PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover. All credit card purchases are kept in strict confidence that NO third party persons will have access to the 128-bit encrypted server and its information. All purchases are safe and protected for your purchasing convenience.

FREIGHT TERMS

UPS Ground will normally ship small to medium size orders. Larger shipments will be delivered through a trucking service. Customers may request other shipping services such as UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day service, Federal Express, DHL, or other shipments.

PLACING ORDERS

Please use our store when placing orders, however, if you choose to call and place orders. when placing orders you may telephone, fax, or e-mail your order. Our hours are from 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. There is no minimum for domestic orders. We will accept orders less than $50.00, however a small $5.00 dollar charge will be added to the invoice in addition to the shipping charge. Domestic orders are shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. All shipping charges will be their respective charge through UPS, if you wish, you may choose to use your own shipping account number.

RETURNS AND SHORT SHIPMENTS

Please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number if you need to return items. Returns are not accepted without an R.M.A. number! Returns are not accepted more than 90 days after the date of purchase with exception of defective merchandise returned within their warranty period. Full credit and only credit will be given for merchandise purchased within 90 days of date of original invoice. All merchandise ordered and returned deemed unused or not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No cash or check refunds will be issued for defective merchandise. Only items purchased directly from us are eligible for return. Please report short-shipments and damaged merchandise within 72 hours of receipt. Inkjet's are only guaranteed for (6) months 100%. Toners are guaranteed (1) Year 100%.
